What Our Machine Cannot Fix
Some types of disc damage cannot be repaired, including:
- Damage on the top/label side of the disc
- Data rot
- Burn rings
- Cracks
- Warped discs

Special Note About Blu-ray Discs
Blu-ray discs are much more difficult to repair than standard CDs / DVDs. Due to the way Blu-ray discs are manufactured, deep scratches cannot be fully removed from a Blu-ray disc regardless of the machine being used.
Our ELM Auto Smart machine can still clean, polish, and improve the condition of Blu-ray discs, which may help resolve playback or reading issues. However, customers should understand that results on Blu-ray-based media are generally more limited than with CDs and DVDs.

It depends on the number of discs. If it is just a few discs, we can usually knock them out in around 5 minutes per disc while you browse. If we are busy or you bring in a large number of discs, we will call you once we are done running them all.
No, we do not guarantee functionality after disc repair. However, you should see a dramatic improvement in the condition of the disc, and most of our customers say their discs work afterward.
We repair most disc-based video games, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays. This includes PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Saturn, PC games, movies, music CDs, and more.
We offer battery replacement for Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance games for $9.99. We do not currently offer other hardware repair services.
